Service type: Collaboration platforms for research or other work at SDU

Standard service offer includes: If you need to collaborate with colleagues on documents, folders, pictures, etc., we can recommend a number of collaboration platforms at SDU. Below, you can see which one best suits your needs.

• OneDrive can be used to share a document with another colleague, but it should not be used to share folders, documents or images with a large group.
• Microsoft Teams can be used as a platform to share multiple documents, folders and images with a large group.
• Microsoft Sharepoint can be used as a platform if multiple documents, folders and images need to be shared with a large group.
• NextCloud is good to use if you need to store large datasets. We recommend this platform for research.
• UCloud is good to use if you either need to store large datasets or have sensitive research data.
