On the occasion of the retirement of Professor Joan Boyar, we would like to celebrate Joan’s work and thank her for her considerable contribution for more than 30 years to the field of online algorithms, combinatorial optimization, cryptology, Boolean functions, data structures, and computational complexity.
It is therefore with great pleasure that we are hosting a farewell reception at the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science:
Friday 1 March, 2024 at 15:00 at the new Forskertorvet (Ø14-604-2) at the Department.
The Department will host an informal get-together with food and drinks.
