Welcome to the 8th conference on interdisciplinary teamwork skills for the 21st century

The its21 conference will feature a keynote presentation by Lars Kolind, who is known for introducing a non-hierarchical organizational model, also known as the Spaghetti Organization, at hearing aid manufacturer Oticon. The Spaghetti Organization and the transformation of Oticon have been the subject of management cases at IMD. Other invited speakers are Søren Harnow Klausen (University of Southern Denmark) and Coyan Tromp (University of Amsterdam). The program also offers parallel sessions with presentations and workshops, where researchers present different approaches to facilitating learning communities, as well as good opportunities to network with researchers from all over the Nordic region.
