Contracts are necessary in collaborations
A contract describes the purpose of the collaboration. It ensures the rights of both parties. It limits liability and helps sorting out future conflicts.
Legal Services helps hospital employees in the Region of Southern Denmark and Region Zealand with the following types of agreements:
- Collaboration agreements on research and development.
- Clinical Trial Agreements (CTA), including agreements on company-initiated protocols and investigator-initiated protocols with full or partial funding from an external party.
- Material Transfer Agreements (MTA), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA/CDA), including feasibility CDA's.

When you want to enter a collaboration and need a research or development agreement you should fill out the form.
Through the form you give the legal advisers the necessary information to process the case.
How do I use the form?
1. When using the form for the first time, you need to set up a user profile with your email address.
2. Sign in to your user profile.
3. Click/tap ‘Create’ in the upper right corner
4. Select ‘Region XX’ (note: Beware of double employment).
5. Enter the information into the form and attach any relevant documents.
6. Click/tap ‘Create in Workzone’.
Once the case is created, you will be assigned a lawyer who will be in charge of your case.
The form is designed to facilitate procedures, reduce waiting times, and get collaborations started faster.
