Are you working in one of the hospitals in the Region of Southern Denmark or Region Zealand? Legal Services assists with the preparation and negotiation of contracts for research and development. 

This includes agreements on clinical trials with the pharmaceutical and medical device industry.

Contracts are necessary in collaborations  

A contract describes the purpose of the collaboration. It ensures the rights of both parties. It limits liability and helps sorting out future conflicts.

Legal Services can help you with the following types of agreements:

  • Collaboration agreements on research and development.
  • Clinical Trial Agreements (CTA), including agreements on company-initiated protocols and investigator-initiated protocols with full or partial funding from an external party.
  • Material Transfer Agreements (MTA), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA/CDA), including feasibility CDA's.
For Region Zealand, Legal Services also assists with data processing agreements, joint data controller agreements, data transfer agreements, etc.
