Henrik Bindslev becomes campus dean at SDU Vejle

Dean Henrik Bindslev will take on the role of campus dean for SDU Vejle. He will work closely with Dean Marianne Holmer until next summer, when Marianne Holmer will take over as Campus Dean when the first students start at the university's new campus.

Facilities

  • Opening hours in Spinderihallernes cafe:

    • Monday: 8.00 - 16.00
    • Tuesday: 8.00 - 21.00 (evening meals from 18.00 - 19.00)
    • Wednesday: 8.00 - 16.00
    • Thursday: 8.00 - 21.00 (evening meals from 18.00 - 19.00)
    • Friday: 8.00 - 15.00

    As an employee at SDU Vejle, you can buy food and drinks in Spinderihallen's cafe at internal prices. You pay with your personal key fob, which you can deposit money on at the cash register in the café (except during the lunch period from 11.30-13.00).

  • Spinderihallerne offers inspiring and innovative facilities and meeting rooms can be booked for a fee.

  • If you have booked a meeting room in Spinderihallerne, you can order catering in accordance with SDU's general rules.

  • You can park for free for 2 hours at Spinderihallerne, where it is signposted.

    As an SDU employee, you can park for free at Spinderihallerne all day if you register your car's registration number at the reception or in the meeting room in Spinderihallerne.

    If you can't find a free parking space at Spinderihallerne, you can park in the surrounding streets - keep an eye out for the signs.

  • SDU has rented Spinderihallerne, so SDU does not manage the emergency plan, alarm and the like.

The campus in Vejle is home to two research centres:

The Centre for Computer Science and AI covers a wide range of core topics in computer science and artificial intelligence and conducts cutting-edge research in different dimensions of digital technology.

The Centre for Software Technology researches interactive information technology and software engineering to enable the development of the next generation of reliable, intelligent and interactive software solutions.
