Competence Portfolie, Status of the NAT Programmes, Status of Facilities and Constructions projects

In the minutes from the faculty management meeting on 3 February 2026 (in Danish only) you can read about:

• Competence Portfolio and Strategic Project
  The project strengthens students’ awareness of their own competencies. The initial results are positive.
• Status of the NAT Programmes
  The NAT programmes are in a complex transition with uncertainty, new roles, and a need for clearer task definitions. The focus is on well-being, collaboration, and developing flexible job descriptions.
• Status of Facilities and Construction Projects, including the NAT Relocation Plan
  Pressure on facilities and buildings is increasing, and long-term solutions for NAT’s space requirements are lacking. The challenges are being escalated to the University Director.
