Delegation letters, education report 2021, strategic priorities for 2022 and the funding landscape in the future
The Academic Council had a meeting on January 31, and you can now read the minutes.
- Announcements: Marianne Holmer informed about SDU Climate Cluster, regionalisation, SDU Quantum and research dissemination, while Rolf Fagerberg informed about values for SDU.
- Delegation letters and job descriptions for section leaders and research leaders: The Academic Council commented on the process surrounding the descriptions, which ran in the autumn of 2021 and is still ongoing at some departments.
- Education report: Vice Dean Poul Nielsen attended the meeting, and he highlighted unemployment and dropouts as focal points in the report.

- The funding landscape in the future: The Academic Council provided input to the faculty management regarding SDU’s work with a strategy for the changed funding landscape, and the council commented on representation in the national research councils.
