APV action plans, communication and involvement and analysis of the study administration

In the minutes from the Liaison Committee's meeting on 16 March 2023 (in Danish only), you can read about:

• APV action plans: The liaison committee and the working environment committee discussed an overall status of the APV action plans in all units. The collaboration committee and faculty management agreed that ongoing attention to current and new tasks as well as creating space for dialogue and conversation between employees and managers is important in the work with stress prevention. In addition, there was agreement that the role of management remains important in this context.
• The Carve analysis: The liaison committee and the working environment committee discussed the Carve analysis, and the liaison committee wants involvement if something needs to be looked at critically, or if the analysis gives rise to changes in tasks, reorganization or the like.
• Survey of communication and involvement: Mikkel Linnemann Johansson and Tina Ellehuus Larsen presented the results of the investigation to the cooperation committee. See a summary of the results in appendix 6.1 (Danish only).
