The Faculty of Health Sciences

Departments and Departmental Leadership

The Faculty of Health Sciences consists of eight departments, which are independent organizational units.

Within these departments, the faculty's research activities are organized into various research units, each focusing on specific areas of health sciences.

In addition to research, the departments also play a central role in the operation and development of the faculty's educational programs, covering everything from teaching to the administration of study courses.

Each department is led by a Head of Department, who is responsible for both the daily management and the strategic development of the department.

The eight Heads of Department are also part of the faculty's leadership, which includes the Dean, the Pro-Dean for Research and Innovation, and the Head of Education and Secretariat. Together, they ensure a coordinated approach to research and education across the faculty.
