The Faculty of Health Sciences

Programmes and Program Leadership

The Faculty of Health Sciences offers a wide range of programs in various health science disciplines:

Audiology, Pharmacy, Public Health Science, Sports and Health, Clinical Biomechanics, Medicine, Psychology, as well as The 5: Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Midwifery Science, Clinical Nursing, and the Health Science Master's program.

Each program is led by a Programme Director, who, along with the Academic Study Board, is responsible for planning teaching and examinations. They also follow up on evaluations of the programs and teaching under the relevant Head of Department's oversight.

In addition to the Programme Director, some programs also have an Associate Programme Director, and several programs have a dedicated Head of Education. The Programme Director and other members of the leadership team receive administrative support from the Faculty Secretariat and the departments for the operation and development of the programs.
