Team Programme Coordination consists of nine educational coordinators who collectively provide administrative and professional expertise to the faculty's programmes.
The programme coordinators' closest collaborators are the heads of programmes for each programme. A significant part of the work is therefore carried out in close collaboration with the academic environments where the programmes, instructors, and heads of programmes are based. Additionally, the team also advises students on credit transfers.
The team's core mission is to support the development and quality of the programs. This is achieved by:
- Coordinating the work of the programme committees
- Providing administrative and professional support in the work with curricula and course descriptions
- Being co-responsible for implementing the university's quality policy in the faculty's programmes
- Being co-responsible for initiatives related to the study environment in the programmes
- Being responsible for the academic part of the orientation activities in the campus cities in Jutland
The team also collaborates with the other teams in TEK Education on, among other things, student recruitment, study start activities in Odense, internal and external communication, as well as other programme administrative areas.
What can the team support with?
- Support heads of programmes and act as sparring partners in relation to programmes' development and quality.
- Provide support to instructors in the individual programmes regarding rules, frameworks, and administrative matters.
- Advise students on credit transfers.
