As a parent, you are entitled to two care days per child per year, until the year in which your child turns 7 years old. The care days must be used within one calender year and cannot be transferred.

When you become a parent, you must inform your local HR officer to secure your rightful care days.

Child care days must be registered in HCM and mTIME in the same way as all other absences.

This means that you must agree with your line manager on when take your child care days, after which you enter them into HCM.

When you have taken your child care days off, you must record them in mTIME.
