Agreement on work shoes for laboratory technicians at the Department

The agreement is valid from May 2026 to May 2028.

The agreement applies to laboratory technicians and laboratory technician trainees in accordance with the HK collective agreement.

Requirements for work shoes

1. Work shoes must be suitable for the work tasks carried out in the laboratories and at the department.
2. The shoes may only be used in the workplace.
3. Shoes may be replaced no more than once every two years.
4. SDU has agreements with various suppliers. Contact the department's purchasers to find out which agreements are currently in effect.
5. Orders placed via e-procurement or online suppliers are handled through the department's purchasers.

Procedure for purchasing work shoes

1. Contact the department's purchasers and obtain a requisition form.
2. The employee may then:
   • purchase work shoes from Sport 24, Skoringen, or another retailer that can issue electronic invoices via EAN;
   • order shoes through the department if they are covered by an agreement available through e-procurement or an online supplier.
3. The employee may purchase one pair of shoes at a maximum cost of DKK 1,000.
