If you are employed in SDU's Central Administration, you can book a company car for use until and including 4 January 2026, if you need to travel between SDU campuses or have work tasks at a location other than your usual workplace.

If you need a car from 5 January onwards, you must use a vehicle from SDU's Vehicle Fleet.
SDU's Vehicle Fleet
From 12 January 2026, a large portion of SDU's company cars will be transferred to SDU's Vehicle Fleet. This fleet can be used by all SDU employees in connection with work-related tasks for SDU.
You can already book a car for use from 12 January via the new booking system Mileage Book.
As part of the transition to SDU's Vehicle Fleet, the cars will be prepared for use between 5–11 January 2026. Therefore, all existing bookings for use from 5 January 2026 onwards will be cancelled for cars being transferred to SDU's Vehicle Fleet. During the period 5–11 January, it will not be possible to book a car yourself in Mileage Book.
