With the HCM system, you have one access to change your personal and public information.

Select language, and click on the black box "Company Single Sign-On".
To change your personal information, follow this guide.
To change your public information, choose the app Directory from the front page. In Directory you will find the public information shown to viewers who look you up in the SDU phonebook. The information is also used for generating your research profile and your email signature. You can edit the information by clicking on the small pencils on the right-hand side.
HCM is also used for planning and registering holidays. Read more here.
