Safe operations during organisational relocation
The work of preparing the organisational move in connection with the transition is in full swing. A key task right now is to ensure that all employees continue to have access to the systems they need to perform their tasks when we start the organisational move on 1 January.
Close collaboration on solutions
Therefore, a cross-functional working group has been appointed with participation from HR, IT and Finance. The working group assesses risks and focuses on how we can best handle the technical changes associated with the move to make the transition as smooth as possible.
The task requires close coordination because changes in one system can affect access and functionality in others. Therefore, the work is planned with great attention to operation-critical periods, such as the administration of examinations in January. As a rule, no system rights will be changed during the exam period.
Secure operation as a guiding principle
This is a project within the project, and the overarching principle for it is secure operations. Employees must be able to perform their tasks without interruption, and operational considerations outweigh the desire for speed. If necessary, the relocation can therefore be done in stages to further reduce risk.
Involvement of occupational health and safety and union representatives
A collaboration has also been established with health and safety representatives and union representatives in SDU Education's temporary health and safety network. The first meeting will take place on 19 November to discuss how the employees' perspectives can best be included in the work on agreements and solutions in connection with the move.
