Holiday planning in Oracle HCM
It is time to start planning 5 weeks’ holiday for the next year.
It is time to start planning 5 weeks’ holiday for the period 1 September 2021 - 31 December 2022. This time it will take place in SDU’s new HR system Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM), which we started to use this summer. The MinFerie program can no longer be used. At SDUnet you can read more about HCM and find guidance on how to request holidays. More information will also be provided by the management at the departments, in the sections and divisions.
Important dates
- 1 October: It will be possible to make holiday requests
- 18 October: Deadline for submitting holiday requests
- 8 November (at the latest): Answer as to whether the holiday requests are met
If you do not submit holiday requests, you will receive an email no later than 8 November 2021 with a notification of the holiday dates. A 3-week main holiday will be allocated during the 2022 summer holidays (1 May 2022 - 30 September 2022). Remaining holidays will be distributed within the holiday entitlement period
