Conc.: Opening hours between Christmas and New Year 2021
The doors:
The 27 - 30 December the front doors will be open from 07:30 to 17:00. For special requests please contact 8888@sdu.dk. All doors will be locked and can only be accessed with an ADK card. It is recommended when accessing SDU with an ADK card that NO unauthorized persons are let into the building.
Postal services:
Logistics will in the week of 52 operate SDU Campusvej, Winsløwparken and institutions as follows:
Opening hours in Logistics : from 07:30 to 14:30.
In the week of 52 there will be polite self-service on Campusvej.
On Campusvej mail / packages for shipment must be delivered in the mail
department no later than 14:00.
In WP the postal mail runs only once a day in the morning, in the week of
52.
Post Department can be contacted if there is need for extra pickups in WP.
Transport and courier services are running normally, but the courier has to
be ordered at mail: posten@sdu.dk before
12:00.

The accommodation Office is open 27 - 30 December from 10.00 to 14.30.
The janitors Office is open 27 - 30 December from 10.00 to 14.30.
There will be reduced cleaning service between Christmas and New Year. You can find trash bags next to the garbage cans in the hallways.
Service & Logistics will be operating normal from Monday 3 January 2022.
The Reception
is closed.
However, reference is made to a porter in the week of 52 - call 65508888.
Building Maintenance:
Normal snow removal and de-icing will be done on working days but will only be carried out on public holidays in unique instances. If you have a special event which requires extra attention, please inform the department of this on 8888@sdu.dk.
