Practical information regarding the summer of 2021
Door opening hours
In weeks 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 and 32 (5 July - 13 August), all exterior doors close at 4:00 p.m. Department doors on Campusvej, Odense will be closed around the clock. Access is possible with a valid ID card and PIN outside of opening hours.

8888@sdu.dk.
When accessing with an employee/student card, do NOT let in others without a valid access card.
Cleaning
As in previous years, cleaning will be reduced in the period 5 July to 6 August 2021 (both days
included).
Toilet facilities in the basement on Campusvej will be locked.
During this period, cleaning will be carried out in laboratories that are in use. Toilet facilities will also cleaned. Please notify 8888@sdu.dk with requests for cleaning of laboratories that will be used during the period.
In the office areas that are in use, a light cleaning will be done (approximately once a week). As in previous years, containers have been placed in the corridors where employees can empty waste bins. The bags will be removed daily.
Technical Services recommend that you make use of the 'No cleaning' door signs.
Extra thorough cleaning
of offices, meeting rooms and laboratories can be requested for weeks 32-35
(inclusive).
Please note that thorough cleaning will NOT be possible in July.
Users must tidy up prior to the cleaning. Requests for thorough cleaning
must be made by email at 8888@sdu.dk no
later than 9 June 2021.
Postal service
In the period from 5 July 2021 to 6 August 2021, Transport & Logistics will operate as follows at SDU Campusvej, Winsløwparken and affiliated institutions:
- On Campusvej, letter post is handled once a day between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. Parcel shipments are delivered on an ongoing basis.
- On Campusvej, post/parcels for dispatch must be handed in at the post office no later than 2:30 p.m.
- Ny TEK, J.B. Winsløwvej, OUH will receive post and have post mail picked up from 12.30 p.m. onwards.
- Distribution of administrative post is carried out as needed.
- Transport and courier shipments run normally.
- Opening hours for Transport & Logistics are 8:00 a.m. - 2:45 p.m.
- The central warehouse is open 8.00 a.m. - 2.00 p.m.
