EPICUR Lifelong Learning and Employability Module – coming soon!

Are you an educator who is curious and looking for inspiration about how to incorporate teaching and learning about lifelong learning and employability in your courses, without being an expert in this area? Then we have just what you are looking for.

We know university educators are busy people and that’s why the module is an online Community of Practice where you can access relevant resources and meet and share your practices with fellow educators.

You will find learning units on lifelong learning, employability and sustainable entrepreneurship and complementary units on ways to incorporate relevant competence development opportunities for students, including reflective practice and facilitation, into teaching and learning activities.

The self-audit will help you choose when to skim and when to deep dive into the units’ background information, practical exercises and reflective questions.

During the module, you will meet with fellow participants and a facilitator for three online meetings in your Learning Circle where you will share and discuss your learning and reflections, and your ideas for including lifelong learning and employability in your courses.

We estimate that you can complete the module in 10 hours, which includes engaging with learning units, participating in three Learning Circle meetings and completing the reflections in the portfolio. On completion you will receive a certificate of participation and will be invited to continue contributing to the EPICUR Community of Practice on Lifelong Learning and Employability.

We are looking for participants to pilot the module, starting in early April. Email Donna Hurford dhu@sdu.dk if you would like to know more.

We look forward to working with you.
