In Altmetric Explorer it is possible to view the data at different aggregation levels, e.g. on Institutional, faculty, departmental and researcher level. A link to a comprehensive user guide can be found to the right.

SDU Analytics has purchased a license to Altmetric Explorer for Institutions. SDU Analytics has ensured that the license can be used by all SDU employees.

SDU Analytics is not able to provide support on the use of Altmetric Explorer and it is as such a self-service. Should the need for support arise then it is possible to create a support ticket directly with Altmetric Explorer by using the question mark icon in the sidebar panel in the lower left corner of the system.
