Here you can find an overview of the opportunities for promoting your event through signage across our campuses.
-
Information screens
We have information screens in all campus cities. You may be able to have your event featured on some of the information screens. The screens are used for information of a general nature but can – depending on the physical location – also be used for targeted communication to specific target groups.

Banners
Banners at the Campus Square, SDU Odense
SDU Odense has space for banners at the Campus Square. Here you can hang two banners measuring 150x400 cm with double-sided printing. There must always be two banners hanging at a time.
SDU Communications applies the following guidelines when determining whether a banner may be displayed in connection with your event:
- Large-scale on-site events with open access are always given first priority, i.e. Open Day, the Festival of Research, the Annual University Celebration and the Semester Start Party.
- Second priority is given to events with a broad appeal but intended for internal employees, e.g. job fairs, career fairs, Student Fair, etc.
- Banners are reserved for physical events. There are a few exceptions, such as special campaigns/initiatives prioritised by the Executive Board, including the SDU Elections and the Study Environment Survey.
To use the banner spaces, the following procedure must be followed:
- Contact SDU Communications to obtain permission. Write to Mimo at mantabi@sdu.dk with the desired dates and a brief description of the purpose and layout of the banners.
- Write to Technical Services at 8888@sdu.dk to make arrangements for the installation of banners. Please provide the desired dates for installation and removal, and indicate whether you would like the banners returned to you after the display period.
- Order banners via the Graphic Center. Banners MUST be produced at the Graphic Center at SDU. Remember to order two banners, i.e. two front prints and two back prints. The Graphic Center can assist with both the graphic design and the printing of banners. Read more about ordering graphic design
- Make sure that banners are delivered to the reception at the Campus Square no later than the day before the agreed installation date. The banners can be collected from the reception desk within three working days of being taken down.
Banners elsewhereApart from the two banner spaces at the Campus Square in Odense, there are no other designated banner display areas. If you would like to request other display areas in Odense or banner display areas in Kolding, Esbjerg or Sønderborg, this must be approved by Technical Services. Send an email well in advance with requests for format, locations, duration, purpose and event name to 8888@sdu.dk.

Roll-up banners give a presentable appearance and can be designed to support the visual identity of the event. - Durability
Roll-up banners are made of robust materials and can be reused, making them an economical solution for repeat events.
Tips for using roll-up banners
- Placement
Place roll-up banners where they are visible to participants, such as at entrances, registration areas and information desks.
The location must be approved by Technical Services at 8888@sdu.dk. - Maintenance
