Submit your vacation requests for 2026/2027 no later than 22 September 2026
In the coming weeks, all employees must submit their vacation requests for the 2026/2027 vacation year in HCM.
Vacation days must be taken during the period from 1 September 2026 through 31 December 2027.
You will receive further information from your local absence coordinator regarding what you need to do and when you need to do it.
Vacation requests must be submitted no later than 22 September 2026.
You must plan and register your vacation in HCM via http://hcm.sdu.dk/. Use ”Company Single Sign-On” and check out the guide for further information here: Register your vacation and absence.
