I was at work on General Prayer Day (26/4):
In this case, you must enter your normal clocking in/out times and then enter a correction for negative basis time in FlexIkon. For example, if your basis time is 7:24 hours (full time), enter a correction of -7:24.

I had a holiday / special holiday day / senior day / course day / leave / care day / sick child on General Prayer Day (26/4):
As far as the system is concerned, General Prayer Day is still a public holiday, so it should be moved to another day in April when you were at work. For example, if you were at work on 25/04/2024, do the following:

1. Ignore your clocking in and out times on the 25th.
2. Enter the same clocking in and out times on the 26th (General Prayer Day).
3. Make a negative correction to your basis time on the 26th.
4. Enter a holiday/care day or similar on the 25th.

I had a flexitime day off on General Prayer Day (26/4):
You must enter a negative basis time. If, say, your basis time is 7:24 hours (full time), you must enter a correction of -7:24.

I had a day off by way of compensation for overtime on General Prayer Day (26/4):
