Salary increase from 1 November 2025
In the 2024 collective labour agreement negotiations, an extra negotiation was agreed at the end of the collective agreement period.
This means that there will be a salary increase of 1.3% as of 1 November 2025.
The adjustment corresponds to DKK 393 more per month (before tax) if you earn DKK 30,000 per month. Or DKK 524 more if you have a monthly salary of DKK 40,000.
