Important follow-up: Student assistants and access to mTIME
SDU HR reminds you of the current requirements for student assistants in Central Administration to register hours in mTIME.
Student assistants must have:
- Employee account (required for proper access and data protection)
- Office 365 A5 license (to be selected in CRM, as it is not assigned automatically)
- SDU PC available, if they work in administrative systems (due to security policies)
Access to mTIME
It is no longer possible to access mTIME from private PCs. Access can only be made via:
- An SDU PC
- Mobile devices with Edge (logged in with an employee account)
- The mTime PCs located in the Zone
