Extended response times in Oracle HCM
Some users are currently experiencing that Oracle HCM responds more slowly than desired after the transition to the new Redwood user interface.
The long response times in the system are experienced across universities and cannot be solved locally at SDU.
Together with our partner UNIIT and the other universities, we are in ongoing dialogue with Oracle, which is aware of the challenges we are experiencing.
We know that long response times in systems can affect day-to-day work and create unnecessary waiting time in completing tasks. We are therefore following the situation closely and will provide another update as soon as there are significant developments.
