Construction Projects at SDU - ongoing and upcoming developments across campuses

The University of Southern Denmark (SDU) is continuously evolving, and across its campuses, work is ongoing on both current and upcoming construction projects – from new builds to renovations and refurbishments in Odense, Kolding, Esbjerg, Sønderborg, Vejle, and Copenhagen.

Purpose

All projects aim to support SDU’s core tasks within research, teaching, and dissemination, as well as to create modern, functional, and sustainable environments for students and staff.

Campus Development

The Campus Development team is responsible for the construction projects and works on:

  • New builds
  • Renovations and refurbishments
  • Modernisation of laboratories, teaching facilities, and common areas

The projects are tailored to the architecture and local needs of each campus.
