• Lighting both indoors and outdoors – including lighting on and around buildings as well as safety and emergency exit lighting
• Electrical installations, lighting control, motion sensors, and clocks in U-rooms and in corridors
• Elevators
• Sewage, drainage, and water runoff
• Process cooling, cold and freezer rooms, as well as cooling of special rooms, server rooms, patch panels, and technical equipment
• Process ventilation, exhaust systems, fume cupboards, and suction arms
• Toilets
• Heating supply and heating installations, including radiators and underfloor heating
• Ventilation systems in U-rooms, offices, and toilets
• Water supply, leaking pipes, and sprinkler systems
