The SDU budget template. All budgets exceeding 8 mio. DKK should be made in the template and approved by the FSØ (Forskerservice-Økonomi). Find the template here.

If you want to apply for funding, please contact the economy officer at your department, who will help prepare the budget and get the necessary approvals and signatures from your Head of Department and, when needed, from Financial Services (FSØ).

Please contact your local economy officer early in the application process. Also, do not hesitate to contact your local research support office, Southern Denmark Research Support, who can help and advice on the application.

All projects should be approved by the head of the hosting department, irrespective of the size of the budget.
