Planning: One unified entry point for teaching and exams in Odense

Existing contact channels are maintained – with a new unified entry point

The faculty educational administrations and Planning at SDU Education, Odense maintain the existing contact channels so that students and academic staff can find the right entry points for their specific needs.

As a supplement, a shared functional mailbox has been established for each team in Planning for general inquiries and situations where it is unclear who the correct recipient is.

The mailboxes serve as a unified entry point, where Planning ensures that inquiries are processed or forwarded to the appropriate recipient.

 
New collaboration agreements set the framework for Planning

The Planning department has been established in the shared administrative unit SDU Education as part of the restructuring of SDU’s educational administration.

 
The collaboration between the faculty educational administrations and Planning is based on collaboration agreements that have just come into effect. The agreements define the division of tasks and support the continued harmonisation and consolidation of study administrative operational tasks in Planning.
