About the Workplace Assessment and Well-Being Survey

About APV and well-being survey at SDU

The main co-operation committee and the main working environment committee at SDU have decided to carry out APV and well-being measurement as a joint measurement for all units at SDU. The survey is conducted every 3 years, as required by both work environment legislation and a co-operation agreement.

APV and well-being survey are conducted as an anonymous survey with regard to the mental work environment and well-being. The results of the physical APV are calculated anonymously and sent in parallel to the unit's work environment group, so that the group can identify the location and causes of the physical work environment problems.

The unit prepares a time and action plan to remedy the identified problems. Where changes of significant importance to the working environment occur locally in the intervening three-year period, the units themselves must ensure that a follow-up APV is carried out.

Questions about the study can be directed to the secretariat for the study at apvtrivsel@sdu.dk at the Working Environment Office.
