The Gender Equality Council at the Faculty of Health Sciences reports directly to the dean and to SDU's central gender equality committee.

The Gender Equality Council at the Faculty of Health Sciences aims to showcase and enhance the diverse talents within SUND. We firmly believe that diversity fosters novel research ideas, injects dynamism, and fuels innovation. Our commitment is to attract the most qualified individuals to our research domains, irrespective of gender, ethnicity, or the academic background of their parents.

New mentor program aims to support young researchers

In order to promote well-being and professional development among junior researchers, the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Southern Denmark (SDU) will initiate a mentorship program in the autumn of 2024.
