If you are interested in the efforts related to equality and diversity at SUND, or if there are matters concerning equality and diversity that you believe the Gender Equality Council should be informed about and discuss, please feel free to reach out to any of the members.

Should you wish to actively engage in the Gender Equality Council's work, do not hesitate to contact us. Ongoing recruitment occurs when there are available positions on the council.

The primary focus of the council is to ensure active participation from its members in its work, even between meetings.

Furthermore, the council aims to reflect the diversity present at SUND. Recruitment for the Gender Equality Council will involve a discussion of the profiles of potential candidates in relation to the current composition of the council. This may include considerations of department affiliation, research area, employment category, age, gender, ethnicity, geography, and nationality. Following such discussions, new members will be proposed by the council chairperson to the Dean of SUND for approval.
