When: November 5th 10:00 – 12:00 o`clock
What: The Novo Nordic Foundation (NNF) will visit SDU to present their 2025 calls and answer call specific questions.
This is a unique opportunity for you to engage directly with experts from NNF and gain detailed insights into various NNF programs.
There will be 10 stands with NNF representatives from following sections:
- 1: Biotechnology
- 2: Education & Outreach
- 3: Grant Management (Relevant for employees from economy at SDU)
- 4: Innovation (Innovation and Early Commercialization)
- 5: Natural and Technical Sciences
- 6: Medical Sciences (Biomedicine and Health Sciences & Clinical Sciences)
- 7: Infectious Diseases
- 8: Obesity and Nutrition
- 9: Bioinnovation Institute BII (Accelerator for start-ups in Life Sciences)
- 10: Deep Tech Lab (Accelerator for start-ups in Quantum Technologies)
In most cases there will be 1-2 NNF employees at each stand.
For the Natural & Technical Sciences section there will be 3-4 employees at the stand.
Event Agenda:
- 10.00 - 10.45: Plenary Introduction to NNF Calls, highlighting open calls within the areas of natural and technical sciences, biomedicine and health sciences, biotechnology, and innovation.
- 10.50 - 11.50: 10 Different Stands representing each of the NNF Sections listed above. At each stand you can line up for 1:1 Q&A with the NNF representatives.
Venue Details:
- Plenary introduction and 10 different stands: Will take place in the D-IAS auditorium, Danish Institute for Advanced Study, University of Southern Denmark, Fioniavej 34, 5230 Odense M.
- Plenary introduction will also be accessible via Zoom 5/11/2024 at 10.00-10.45 o'clock. The online format will not entail any questions as questions are reserved for the 1:1 stand sessions 10.50-11.50 on site.
