Vigtige deadlines i zExpense på TEK

In connection with year-end closing, it is important to comply these deadlines for submitting settlements in Zexpense

• For settlements from November and before, there is already a deadline for submission 5/12
• For settlements from 1-15 December the deadline is 16/12
• For settlements from 16-31 December the deadline is 4/1

For all settlements also all the unprocessed items, the open ones and the rejected ones, there have not yet been processed and approved,
Check your profile in zExpense and see if you have anything.

You must tick those off that must be settled and press the blue button at the top. Then remember to fill in what has not yet been filled in, if it is not to be settled or already settled the remaining ones must be deleted.

Rejected and open settlements you can be find here:

You must remember to complete and submit the open settlements and correct the rejected ones and remember to resubmit these.
