Primary tasks:

  • Preparation of budgets, budget follow-up and planning for the faculty, departments and sections etc.
  • Ensure that TEK complies with SDU accounting instructions, travel rules, etc.
  • Preparation of management information in connection with budgeting, reporting, etc.
  • Ensure systematic ongoing budgeting and participate in meetings with the sections in connection with preparation of Plan & Review etc.
  • The contact between TEK and SDU's central financy offices
  • Management

  • Ensure optimal workflow in Project Finance
