The Academic Study Board of the Faculty of Engineering has the overall responsibility for planning, excecution and development of the engineering programmes at the Faculty of Engineering.
The Academic Study Board is a democratically elected organ which consists of both academic staff and students.

Applications
Individual applications from students, including all relevant attachments, must be sent via https://spoc.sdu.dk at least 6 working days before the meeting of the Board. Supplementary documentation can be sent from your SDU-mail to studienaevn@tek.sdu.dk. Costs related to acquiring documentation shall be borne by the student.
Provided that you have sent a complete application with all relevant applications, you can expect to receive the decision of the Academic Study Board within 20 working days from the meeting at which your application has been processed. The applications will be processed in due course. However, urgent cases will be processed as a first priority.
