Procurement of IT equipment is handled through the department's two purchasers, Annette Duus and Ditte Larsen. Send either a wish list via SDU's IT webshop or write to order@biology.sdu.dk with the products you would like to order. Remember to include the account code to be used for payment. Standard equipment should be ordered at least one week before it is needed.

If the purchase concerns standard IT equipment that is available as common goods at SDU, it is not necessary to specify an account code.

Orders are handled manually by our experienced buyers and are made through eOrdre with the appropriate approvals in TrueTrade, so that there are control procedures for who places which orders.
