Working hours at SDU

The majority of collective agreement employees in the state follow either the rules in the state’s working hours agreement or the rules in the Collective Agreement for Academics (Danish Confederation of Professional Associations).

If you are covered by the Collective Agreement for Academics, the working hours rules are stated in the agreement. ‘Working hours’ as a concept is not specified in the collective agreement, and therefore there are generally flexible options for organising working hours.

Flexitime at the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology

If you are on flexitime, you must register your arrival and departure times, either at the screen terminals set up at selected entrances or manually in the FlexIkon app on your computer, where you must also register other absences such as illness, holidays, course participation etc.

No later than the 5th of each month, you must send a flexitime report covering the preceding month to Camilla Windfeld-Lund.
