Procedure for handling MTA (Material Transfer Agreement)1 at BMB
When a collaboration between SDU and an external partner involves the transfer of physical material, the parts will enter into an MTA(Materiel Transfer Agreement). This is most often the case when a part of the research must use biological material, cell lines, chemical substances or similar that belongs to the other part. The purpose of an MTA is to create complete clarity about the rights and obligations of the part in relation to the transfer.
