SDU’s personnel policy guidelines

The personnel policy guidelines describe the general principles for how SDU wishes to attract, retain and develop employees as well as terminate conditions of employment.

The purpose of the personnel policy guidelines at SDU is to support the long-term strategic intentions described in the University’s story, vision and values.

The basis for the guidelines is that all cooperation between SDU’s employees takes place in a proper manner and in a good tone, regardless of situation, relationship and position.

SDU expects all employees and managers to show respect and consideration for each other in word and in action.
