Organisation of employee development interviews (MUS) at the Department of Physics, Chemistry and Pharmacy

With reference to the organisation of the department, employee development interviews at the Department of Physics, Chemistry and Pharmacy is conducted according to the following principles:

  • The Head of Department conducts employee development interviews with the Deputy Heads of Department and the Head of Secretariat
  • The Deputy Heads of Department conduct employee development interviews with sectional academic staff members and the Head of Laboratory Technicians
  • The Head of Secretariat conducts employee development interviews with employees in the Common Service section
  • Research group leaders conduct employee development interviews with their own externally funded technical/administrative staff members and postdocs
  • The Head of Laboratory Technicians conducts employee development interviews with all ordinarily funded members of the Laboratory Technician support team
  • The PhD Committee conducts employee development interviews with all the department's PhD students
