When purchasing: Fill in and print the relevant forms, which must be signed by the account holder and delivered to FKF purchases, possibly in the tray by Sanne Lindgaard Hedemann's office.

Sanne Lindgaard Hedemann is responsible for the purchase of books for employees at Department of Physics, Chemistry and Pharmacy.

Employees can only purchase books via BibMedia or iMusic.

Books can also be bought by SDU Library and then borrowed. If you have a suggestion for such books, you can send it to one of our two research librarians that will help FKF facilitate our research areas:

Orders purchased by FKF-indkøb must be collected in the department mail room (Ø11-512b-2). You will receive an e-mail from FKF-indkøb when the package is ready for collection.

Employees who collect packages often have their own shelf for packages in the mail room. Those who collect packages less often share the shelf marked with "NN".

Packages for PhyLife are delivered by internal mail.

All courier shipments (incoming and outgoing) shall be reported to Teknisk Service  8888@sdu.dk.  Headline should contain the word Kurér.
Posten will ensure that the best service provider is used for a given purpose, because they know which courier service provider is best suited and most cost efficient for different locations and tasks.

Please follow these guidelines:
When you plan for an incoming/outgoing courier shipment then contact Transport og Logistik MBX : Teknisk Service 8888 mail : 8888@sdu.dk
Provide all necessary information:
a. Name, address, eg mail and phone no. of supplier
b. Name, address, eg mail and phone no. of recipient
c. Brief description of the content of the shipment (also include if the package contains dry ice or wet ice).
d. Payment details, specify account no. / project no.
e. Specify urgency of delivery (same day, next day, same week, …)
f. Specify placement of the parcel/letter for pick up (FKF mailroom)
g. Append a print of the mail correspondence to the parcel/letter to avoid mistakes regarding the shipment.

Outreach material

If you are visiting a high school, come by Lilian Skytte in Ø9-511b-1 to pick up some of our magazines and posters, which you are very welcome to hand out during your visit. A collection of material for outreach can also be found on SharePoint. The material is primarily in Danish.
