Upload/replace your picture
To upload or replace your picture on your staff ID card, your Pure profile, your SDU email (Outlook) and in Skype for Business, log in to: https://sduphotos.sdu.dk/
Here you change the picture in the places you want:
You can upload pictures in almost all formats and the upload programme allows you to zoom and crop the image.
The maximum image size is 2 Mb.
The picture must meet certain requirements:
- The photo should be a close-up of your face
- Only one person in the photo
- Photo should be taken straight on – not in profile
- Your face should not be covered by veil, sunglasses, long hair or anything else, which can hide specific features.
It is the image in the Picture for Web section that is used in the Pure. Remember to agree that the image can be used for public purposes, otherwise it will not be uploaded to Pure.
Remember the checkmark
Remember to check ”Jeg accepterer, at mit billede må vises offentligt” (Danish and means: ”I agree that my picture may be displayed publicly”) under Picture for web, as SDU needs your consent to display your picture publicly.
It is not possible to hide your profile picture. If you do not want you picture to show you need to delete the image from your profile, or refrain from uploading one.
You are not obliged to upload your photo.
If you don’t have a picture
If you don’t have a photo, the Department has camera equipment that can be used for a portrait. Please contact Michael Steensen or Ursula Lundgreen for more information.
