Employment of student assistants

A contract is needed!

We are only allowed to employ students that are enrolled at SDU.

It is important that we make an employment contract before he/she starts working. It might take 1-2 weeks before the student will receive the contract from the personnel office. Without the contract the student cannot receive salary!

Please contact your group coordinator  if you would like to employ a student helper.

 

Necessary information:
The coordinator will send a request to the personnel office in order for them to make the contract. The following information is needed.

  • full name
  • address
  • cpr number
  • telephone number and mail address
  • period of employment
  • project or "analyse" number
  • job task (what shall the student do)
  • CV (as file)
  • Exam paper (as file)

 

Time sheet:
The student helper needs to fill out a time sheet before the 19th of the month in order to receive salary on the 15th of the next month.
The time sheet is available online (on mTIME). Please contact your group coordinator.
