You can book shared office spaces (flyverkontorer) via SDU Outlook for the days you are working on campus. A total of four workstations are available.
Where are the offices located?
The offices are on the ground floor along the KI corridor, with entrance from Skoven.
How do I book?
In Outlook, create a calendar invitation and add the office as a participant. The following workstations are available:
- OD SUN FLPL (V15-612a-1) – Locked office, key required from the Department of Clinical Research. Suitable for 1 person.
- OD SUN FLPL (V15-612b-1) – Unlocked office. Currently set up for 1 person, but plans are in place to accommodate 2.
- OD SUN FLPL Desk 1 (V15-610c-1) – Locked office, key required from the Department of Clinical Research. Suitable for 1 person (part of a 2-person office).
- OD SUN FLPL Desk 2 (V15-610c-1) – Locked office, key required from the Department of Clinical Research. Suitable for 1 person (part of a 2-person office).
