Use of meeting rooms at The Faculty of Engineering

  • Available meeting rooms at TEK
  • All TEK employees can book the meeting rooms
  • When leaving a meeting room please make sure the furniture is in the standard arrangement
  • Leave the meeting rooms clean and tidy. If necessary, wipe the tables. The meeting rooms are only cleaned once a day

Rows of seats in Ellehammer

You can ask Technical Services (8888@sdu.dk) to remove furniture in Ellehammer and put op rows of seats instead. TS should be informed at early as possible.

  • Make sure you have booked plenty of time to set up the seat rows and to get the meeting room back to standard
  • The furniture from Ellehammer can be stored temporarily in room Ø27-606-3
  • Remember to book TS for putting the furniture back in Ellehammer after use as soon as possible after the event
  • It is a good idea to contact Christian Moestrup from TS (cmo@sdu.dk / phone: +45 65 50 20 10 ) prior to you event to discuss how it is best organized

Zoom-meeting from Tesla or Ellehammer

You can use Zoom on the video equipment in the meeting rooms, not Teams

  • Organize ZOOM-meeting with link from your Outlook account.
  • Display/tablet in the meeting rooms:
    • Press "Call".
    • Press"DeiC Zoom" - if it does not show on front page, press "Recents" and find it there.
    • Press "Call" again.
  • Press the keypad icon.
  • Have your ZOOM Meeting ID ready:

  • Press #, ZOOM ID and #.
  • You are now in your ZOOM-Meeting.

Please, make sure to disable the "waiting room" in your Zoom settings.

Use of the copper staircase

The copper staircase can only be booked through Susanne Arnsted (suar@tek.sdu.dk) as there are special rules for using it.

If you have an event where you need to remove the furniture from the staircase, the furniture can be placed in Ø27-606-3 temporary. Contact TS (8888@sdu.dk) to arrange the removing of the furniture and to put them back in place after the event.
