Holidays

Employees earn the right to 2,08 days of holiday per month (corresponding to 25 days a year).  In addition to the normal holiday days employees are entitled to 5 special holiday days per year.

Once a year you'll be asked to register your holiday wishes for the coming year in our HCM sys-tem for approval. It is the policy at the department that members of staff take 3 weeks of annual leave in June, July and/or August. If you do not enter any wishes yourself the depart-ment will allocate your holiday and let you know when you are expected to vacate.

If you wish to change your plans, you need to put in a request via the system. If you have questions, please contact Astrid or refer to SDU's website for more information.
